Fifteen support incidents per year are included with the purchase and annual renewal of Sage FAS software.

Note: You will need to have your Customer ID available when you access Customer Support. This number was included in your Sage FAS Premier Advisor welcome e-mail.

SupportPlus Online
Subscribe to SupportPlus Online and receive an array of discounts and privileges. To register, you will need your Customer ID number. Once you've registered, log on and you'll have access to all the services appropriate for the SupportPlus products you own.

Additional Support
