Premier Advisor Support for ACT! by Sage

As an Accountants Network Premier Advisor, you are eligible to receive the following support benefits for ACT! by Sage software:

Customer Support 
Five support incidents per year are included with the purchase and annual renewal of ACT! software. 

To reach us for support, you may contact us via these methods:

  • Call toll-free 866-565-2726 and select the existing Sage Software Accountants Network member option. Then, choose the technical support option and make the selection for ACT! support. Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. (ET). 
  • Visit the online Knowledgebase for answers to your most frequently asked questions. Search by product, category, keywords, Answer ID, or phrases. You can even give us feedback on answers and suggest new answers. 

Note: You will need to have your ACT! by Sage Customer ID available when you access customer support. This number was included in your welcome e-mail.

Create an ACT! Profile
To receive additional benefits, such as access to free demos and trial software, create a free ACT! Profile. Once you're registered, log on to access ACT! Community Profile Features.

Additional Support
Should you exceed 5 incidents before the year is over, you can purchase additional incidents or upgrade your contract to suit your needs. Contact an Accountants Network Account Manager toll-free at 866-565-2726 for more information.
